Return Process

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back in its original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags remain securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
